THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.25117 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering into the civil dispute at the behest of respondents 5 and 6, as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India with a consequential direction to respondent No.2 to initiate action against respondents 3 and 4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 14.11.2019, would submit that the wife of one B.Lakshmi Narasimha has given a complaint to respondent No.4 on 21.08.2019 regarding missing of her husband, upon which a case was registered in Crime No.155 of 2019 under the head 'man missing' of Narayanpet Police Station on the same day and investigation was taken up in the matter. It is further stated that except investigating the above case, the respondents never interfered with the civil disputes at any point of time nor insisted the petitioner to settle money dispute by selling the house at the behest of respondents 5 and 6.

Taking into account the above said submission made on behalf of respondents 3 and 4, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
