HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Writ Petition No.33758 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri A.Venkatesh, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Sri K.Vivek Reddy, Learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondents, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the common judgment of this Court in W.A.No.259 of 2015 and batch dated 16.11.2016. Sri A.Venkatesh, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, as against the actual extent of 90.00 sq. yards, the award was passed only for an extent of 86.19 sq. yards; and the remaining extent of 3.81 sq. yards has not been acquired. This Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with, and in terms of, the common judgment passed in W.A.No.

259 of 2015 and batch dated 16.11.2016. With regards the differential extent of 3.81 sq. yards, if any, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from availing his legal remedies. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
