This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 33 of 2013 on the file of Thadikonda Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointedly drawn my attention to the fact that the petitioner - accused has been acquitted on 27.06.2014 in C.C.No. 384 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court at Mangalagiri.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
