CVNR, J & CKR, J WP 2528/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the rejection of the request of the petitioner to produce certain information relating to some transactions between third parties, pertaining to the property allegedly belonging to the petitioner. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the fact that against the impugned order his client has remedies of appeal before the appellate authorities under the Right to Information Act, 2005. In view of the availability of the alternative remedies and in the absence of any weighty reason assigned by the petitioner for entertaining this writ petition filed bypassing those remedies, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition for adjudication on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedies. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.3171 and 3172 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
