Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.18600 of 2014 This application is filed by the petitioners under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 praying the Court to modify the order dated 23.07.2024 in Writ Petition No.18600 of 2014 passed by this Bench by substituting the words "High Court Legal Services Committee"

instead of "High Court Legal Services Authority" occurring at paragraph No.15 of the order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

On due consideration, the prayer made seems to be justified.

The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment by substituting the words "High Court Legal Services Committee"

instead of "High Court Legal Services Authority"

at paragraph No.15 of the order.

The Registry shall also take steps to provided amended copy of the order to the parties.

Accordingly, the instant application is allowed.
