Though notice was issued to the 3rd respondent, there is no representation on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The only grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that non disposal of the petitioners' application by the 1st respondent filed against the Award passed by the 2nd respondent in file No.AA/CF/No.881 of 2013, dated 05.12.2015. Since the application of the petitioners is pending with the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the said application filed by the petitioners, after issuing notice to the 2nd respondent. Till disposal of the said application, interim stay granted by this Court on 28.02.2017 shall continue. However, the 1st respondent shall dispose of the application of the petitioners' without being influenced by any of the observations by this Court.
