This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.183 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Chaderghat Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354 and 506 of IPC.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties have settled the matter before Lok Adalat on 05.01.2017.
