HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 3604 of 2013 O R D E R:- No representation for petitioner.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- ".... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the personal liberty and life and registering cases against the petitioner is illegal, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with personal liberty and life ....."

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) basing on the written instructions that Cr.Nos.142 of 2005, 171 of 2012, 216 of 2012, 274 of 2012 and 275 of 2012 are pending investigation against the petitioner. If at all the petitioner was summoned to police station, the same was made as a part of on going investigation in the pending crimes. The 3rd respondent denies interfering with the personal liberty of petitioner in any other manner except in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
