CVNR, J & TR, J Dated:13.3.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 17.4.2007, in O.P.No.29 of 2004 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Manthani.

The dispute in the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad. The Registry has placed before us the award, dated 14.3.2015, passed by the Lok Adalat, as per which both parties have agreed for modification of the impugned order to the extent of structures and trees by reducing the enhanced market value from 100% to 85% with all statutory benefits as per the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have affirmed the factum of passing of such award. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the afore-mentioned Lok Adalat Award.
