THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.180 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 13.06.2005, passed in F.C.O.P.No.286 of 2003 by the Family Court, Secunderabad, by which, the petition filed by the appellant, under Section 13 (1) (ia) (ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking dissolution of marriage solemnized on 13.05.1994 between himself and the respondent, was dismissed.
When the matter came up on 22.01.2015, as none appeared for the appellant, it was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on his behalf.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
