- 2 - HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1646 OF 2019 ORDER :
This Court allowed the writ petition and declared that the petitioner is entitled to entire back wages from the date of removal from service till reinstatement. It was also declared that the petitioner is entitled to increments for the entire period without applying the punishment imposed by the Labour Court. Alleging disobedience of the directions issued, this Contempt case is filed. 2.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel, an amount of Rs.4,16,759/- is paid to the petitioner.

According to learned Standing counsel, the said amount is the amount payable in compliance of the directions issued by this Court, whereas, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same.

However, the Court is not entering into the said arena as the Court has not fixed the amount payable, but only declared entitlement of the petitioner for back wages and increments for the entire period. If petitioner has any dispute regarding the amount determined as not correct, it is open to him to make application requesting furnishing of details and to work out his remedies as available in law, if he is not satisfied with the amount arrived at by the respondents.

Contempt Case is accordingly, closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
