The subject matter in these Writ Petitions is intertwined. As such, the same are being disposed of by this common order.
These Writ Petitions are filed to declare the action of the respondents in interfering into the manufacturing, including sale, supply and distribution of the petitioners' bio-products as detailed in the affidavit by the official respondent, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue is no longer res integra, in view of the judgment of this Court in Writ Appeal No.1122 and 1136 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016. The said fact is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common judgment contained in Writ Appeal No.1122 and 1136 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016 arising out of W.P. No.25293 of 2014 dated 10.07.2015. The reasons and
directions contained in to judgment in W.A. No.s1122 and 1136 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016 shall form part of this order. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
