THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 17928 of 2009 ORDER:- The petitioner challenges Proceedings No.A/602/2008 dated 23.08.2009 as illegal and unconstitutional. On 26.08.2009, in WP MP No.23507 of 2009, the proceeding dated 23.08.2009 was suspended. The second respondent placed on record additional counter affidavit dated 29.10.2011. In paragraph 4 of the additional counter affidavit, the second respondent states as follows: "4. It is further humbly submitted that the Hon'ble High Court on 26.08.2009 in WP MPNo.23507 of 2009 suspended the proceedings of the District Collector/Chairman of the society. As per the order of the Hon'ble High Court in WP MP No.23507 of 2009 the Writ Petitioner is continued as Executive Officer in the office of the District Scheduled Castes Service Co-operative Society, Warangal at present. So that no further orders are required in the above writ petition." 2.

From the above, it is clear that the second respondent firstly has continued the petitioner as Executive Officer of the District Scheduled Castes Service Co-operative Society, Warangal, and secondly states that the consideration of proceeding dated 26.08.2009 need not be gone into at this stage of the matter.

By placing on record the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
