Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG).

Pursuant to the docket order dated 6.4.2015, the Commissioner has ensured the presence of the 2nd respondent with relevant records.

Heard the parties.

From the records placed before the Court by the 2nd respondent, it is sufficiently clear that the allegations of exercise of excessive jurisdiction against 2nd respondent have been made without proper verification and supporting documents. On this short ground alone, the writ petition is dismissed with costs quantified at Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) payable to the Secretary, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad within a period of one week from today. Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
