THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23716 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had submitted a representation dt.31-05-2018 to the 2nd respondent demanding payment of money towards compensation for the land which is allegedly acquired and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any order thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within eight (08) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.31-05-2018 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
