The case of the petitioner is that she made representation dated 09.02.2015 and 16.06.2015 for grant of NOC for sale of land admeasuring 247 Sq.Yards of house site in RS.No.273/1 at Ward No.5, Machilipatnam Town, Krishna District and as the same is not being dispose of, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since it is stated that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
