THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25731 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus for declaring the inaction on the part of Respondents 3 and 4, the Tahsildar and the Mandal Surveyor, Asapari Mandal, in conducting survey in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.3.43 cents situated in Survey No. 577/1, Khyruppla Village, Asapari Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Sections 7 and 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Survey & Boundaries Act, 1923. It is submitted across the Bar that the subject matter involved in this Writ Petition is identical to the one, which has been dealt with, in detail, by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6690 of 2016 on 03.03.2016. Hence, let there be a similar order even in this case. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the order dated 03.03.2016 in Writ Petition No. 6690 of 2016 to the order now passed. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
