O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that based on his complaint, respondent No.4 - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Kovvur Rural Police Station, West Godavari, registered a case in Cr.No.92 of 2015 dated 10.10.2015. His grievance is, till date the 4th respondent has not conducted any investigation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that after conducting investigation, final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on 15.07.2018 stating that the subject matter in the complaint of the petitioner, is civil in nature and the petitioner was also served with notice.

Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
