HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8490 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare Memo No.779/2009-B4(PTS), dated 07.04.2010 of the 1st respondent and the action of the respondents to reduce the rentals for lease hold fishery right of the four tanks of Rangampally village, Parigi Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the lease period is already over, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J January 27, 2015.
