HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22042 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in placing the 2nd petitioner college under 'No Admission' category for the academic year 2018-2019 vide the impugned order dated 12.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has complied with all the deficiencies pointed out by the respondents, inspite of the same, the impugned order is passed placing the petitioner institution under 'No Admission' category and that they will make fresh representation to the respondents pointing out that the deficiencies have been complied with. He further submits that this Court in similar circumstances passed order dated 14.06.2018 in WP.No.19756 of 2018 and the same is not disputed by Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation within one week from today and on such representation being made, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereon. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
