ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the certificates produced by the petitioners were found to be genuine, based upon which, the petitioners were given appointment as Forest Beat Officers. Since the relief sought for in this writ petition has been granted by the respondents, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
