PRAVEEN KUMAR And THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO F.C.A.M.P.No.578 of 2017 And F.C.A.No.231 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) 1) The appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 08.05.2017 passed in F.C.O.P.No.1305 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam. 2) The respondent herein filed F.C.O.P.No.1305 of 2010 seeking dissolution of marriage between him and the appellant herein on the ground of cruelty and desertion. Vide judgment and decree dated 08.05.2017, the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, granted decree of divorce. Challenging the same the present appeal is filed by the appellant/ wife. 3) During pendency of the appeal, the appellant filed F.C.A.M.P.No.578 of 2017, along with A compromise memo.

Today the appellant and respondent are present before this Court and both of them were identified by Sri S.V.R.Subrahamnyam, Advocate. When examined, the appellant stated that at the instance of the elders, they have settled the matter out of the Court and both the parties agreed to stay together.

that the respondent/ husband agreed to include the names of his wife and their daughter as family members in the service register. The appellant/ wife agreed to withdraw the present appeal. 4) Having regard to the fact that both the parties have agreed to live together and since the respondent also agreed to include the names of his wife and daughter in the service register, F.C.A.M.P.No.578 of 2017 is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, F.C.A.No.231 of 2017 is disposed of in terms of the compromise and the order dated 08.05.2017 passed in F.C.O.P.No.1305 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, is hereby set aside. The compromise memo shall form part of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________ C.
