THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 25090 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allotting paddy to the petitioner rice mill i.e. M/s.Ayyappa Rice Mill, situated at Sy.No.284A, Parada Village, Kattangur Mandal, Nalgonda District for custom milling for Kharif Marketing Season 2019-2020 on par with similarly situated rice mills in the District. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 05.11.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.23976 of 2019.

The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.23976 of 2019, dt.05.11.2019.
