Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner had made a representation dt.17-112015 to the 3rd respondent for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of her land and 3rd respondent is not passing any order thereon.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will take appropriate action on petitioner's representation dt.17-112015 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on petitioner's representation dt.17-112015 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
