THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10433 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5.

There is no prima facie case of interference and, however, if the petitioner feels that the third respondent is interfering in the civil disputes, it is open to the petitioner to approach the second respondent by giving a complaint against the third respondent.
