THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4093 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 10.04.2013 in I.A.No.70 of 2013 in O.S.No.34 of 2013 on the file of III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

As there was no stay during the pendency of civil revision petition, the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 23.06.2015. Therefore, the question of rejecting the plaint at this stage does not arise. Thereby, the civil revision petition became infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
