THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Transfer Criminal Petition No.65 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner, at the admission stage, the following order is passed: Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though he filed this petition seeking transfer of M.C.No.12 of 2010 from the file of Additional Junior First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, Warangal District to any Court in Ranga Reddy District, he is not insisting for transfer but praying for quick disposal of the matter since the M.C has been pending since long. Considering his request as a reasonable one, since the M.C is of the year 2010, learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, Warangal is directed to dispose of M.C.No.12 of 2010 within four(4) months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
