When the matter was called on 22.11.2019, there was no representation. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed after four weeks. On 20.01.2020, when the matter was called, there was no representation. Hence, to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.01.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the matter.

In view thereof, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
