The court made the following: [order follows] WRIT PETITION NO. 15805 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Vide the present writ petition, petitioners seek direction thereby directing the first respondent to pay the compensation amount of Rs.12,58,740/- with interest for T.Survey No.407/2-B an extent of Ac:0-14 cents and land in T.Survey No. 407/4-B an extent of Ac:0-09 cents and land in T.Survey No. 407/3-A an extent of Ac: 0-15 cents acquired for the formation of 80 feet road under master plan from Arasavilli junction [Jagjeevan Ram Statue] to Collectorate Rajiv Gruhakalpa cents in Patha Srikakulam.

2. Sri P. Jagdish Chandra Prasad, Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent submits that he has no objection if the present writ petition is allowed.

3. Keeping in view of the averments in the said writ petition and submission of the counsel for the petitioners, I hereby direct the respondent No.1 to pay the compensation amount as stated by

the counsel for the petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondent No.1 has already deposited the amount with Principal District Judge's Court, Srikakulam. Accordingly the said Court is directed to release the compensation amount with interest thereon if any, in favour of the petitioners herein.

4. In view of the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
