HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8684 OF 2004 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.2.2004 and pass appropriate orders and also to provide employment to the petitioner in Physical Handicapped vacancies in Group-IV Services of the respondents. 2.

A perusal of the record discloses that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 30.04.2004 directing the respondent no.2 to consider the case of the petitioner as per the representation dated 12.02.2004.

This Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
