THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.2062 & 2064 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These two civil revision petitions are in fact preferred by the defendant in the suit, calling in question the correctness of the orders passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy district in I.A.No.103 & 104 of 2015, which are moved in O.S.No.131 of 2013. There is an agreement on both sides that the Court below has now closed both the Interlocutory Applications. Hence, cause in these two civil revision petitions does not survive any further for further adjudication and accordingly, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
