HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.15075 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the involvement of the third respondent in civil disputes between the petitioners and the fourth respondent and pressurizing the petitioners to allow the fourth respondent to use pathway contrary to the orders in I.A.No.373 of 2015 in O.S.No.224 of 2015 passed by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District.

Since the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition relates to misuse of power by the third respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition giving liberty to the petitioners to bring it to the notice of the second respondent in writing and, on receipt of the written representation from the petitioners with regard to misuse of power by the third respondent, the second respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
