ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioner intends to present a document of conveyance in respect of land in survey No.191 to an extent of Ac.2-39 cents situated at Baddirapalli Village, Chapadu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District and has filed the present writ petition on the allegation that the Registrar-repsondent No.2 is not entertaining any documents for registration. Even according to the petitioner, he has given the certificate of market value of the land on 04.05.2015.
3. It is well settled that even before presentation, the Registrar cannot refuse to receive any document for registration. However, unless petitioner presents the documents it is not possible to consider his request and the relief prayed for cannot be granted.
4. Petitioner is, therefore, at liberty to present the document he proposes to execute before respondent No.2 in compliance with the Indian Stamp Act and the Registration Act. If such a document is received, respondent No.2 shall examine, process, and register the same, if he is satisfied regarding compliance under the Acts aforesaid. It is made clear that if the Registrar is of the view that the registration cannot be granted, he shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 and communicate the same to the petitioner. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
