HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1533 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Admittedly, W.P.No.20618 of 2009 filed by the petitioners has been dismissed by this Court vide order 29.12.2009. Being aggrieved, petitioners filed S.L.P. (C) No.7253 of 2010, which was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 10.01.2017. In that view of the matter, contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded with against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
