This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:- "...Writ of Mandamus and to declare the impugned proceedings No.ES/ES/WARA/LAPA/0466 dt.22-12-2021 and consequential impugned posting orders proceedings No.ES/SC/WARA/LAPA/0048, dt.6-1-2022 of the 3rd respondent by posting the petitioner to ZPHS Katrapally, Rayaparthy Mandal, Warangal District, against the Guideline No.22 in sub para 3 in the Appendix in the G.O.Ms.No.317 dt.6-12-2021, as illegal, without jurisdiction, violative of Art. 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same by further directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the same place where she earlier worked i.e., UPS Pembarthy, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District, by following the Guideline No.22 in sub-para 3 in the Appendix in the G.O.Ms.No.317, dt. 612-2021..." 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 01.07.2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.27722 of 2022 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

In view of the same and for reasons alike in the order dated 01.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.27722 of 2022, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2021 in terms of the directions issued in the above case, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The office is directed to append a copy of the order dated 01.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.27722 of 2022 to this Writ Petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
