This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 31.08.2015 passed in W.P.M.P. No.34456 of 2015 in W.P. No.26509 of 2015.

In fact, this Court disposed of the main writ petition by way of an order dated 14.06.2016, a copy of which is placed on record. In view of final disposal of the main writ petition, this contempt case is closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
