In this writ petition, the petitioner assail the action of respondentauthorities in resorting to evict him from the land over an extent of Ac.1000 gts. in Sy.No.582/1/7 and Ac.25-00 gts. in Sy.No.582/1/6 of Tallapenta Villae, Penubally Mandal, Khammam District, even without fixing boundaries and in spite of making a representation in that behalf by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in WP No.25781 of 2016, dated 08-08-2016. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleaders for Revenue & Forests.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of and following the reasons stated in the order passed in WP No.25781 of 2016, dated 08-08-2016. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. A copy of the order in WP No.25781 of 2016 be annexed with this order.
