This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :

"To declare the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 08/10/2010 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice and contrary to Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08/10/2010 pending disposal of the writ petition and to pass such other order or orders as this court may deems fit and

proper in the circumstances of the case."

2 . Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this court during the course of hearing that the husband of the petitioner retired from service. It is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to keep it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of grievance.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of keeping it open for the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of grievance. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
