None appears for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had contended that in view of the interim order granted on 26.09.2014, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is accordingly closed. However, if the petitioner is admitted into MBBS course, pursuant to the interim order granted on 26.09.2014, her result may be declared, if not already declared. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
