HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.No.1518 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 more particularly the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes in connection with O.S.No.111 of 2011 before the Senior Civil Judge at Nizamabad and threatening the petitioners to settle the matter out of courts by threatening them to implicate in false cases as been arbitrary illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes and to pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Respondent No.3 filed a counter-affidavit denying the allegations made by the petitioners and specifically stated that he is not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents in connection with O.S.No.111 of 2011 on the file of the Senior Civil judge, Nizamabad.

In view of the specific statement made in the counter-affidavit and since the same is not disputed by the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
