Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation dt.18.03.2016 to the 3rd respondent for implementation of Inam Ryotwari Patta issued to the petitioner, in respect of land of an extent of Acs.20-00 guntas in survey No.539 of Yerramareddypalem Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District, in the revenue records but the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.18.03.2016 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
