HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25849 OF 2017 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the 20 years Special Grade to the petitioners with effect from their completion of 20 years of service rendered in their respective posts in Respondent Corporation as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC.

It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 17.04.2017, rendered in W.P.No.12012 of 2017. The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
