THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY APPEAL SUIT No.1229 OF 1997 JUDGMENT:

Though the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', no advocate appeared on behalf of the appellant. Sri V. Venkataramana, the advocate on record, states that he is no more an advocate continuing for the appellant due to change of Standing Counsel.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
