HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41117 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have made an application on 19.07.2016 before the 3rd respondentTahsildar for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land in the writ petition. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioners have to file applications in Form VI-A as per the provisions prescribed in A.P.Rights in Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners will make necessary applications. In view of the same, the petitioners are directed to submit necessary applications in Form VI-A as per the provisions of the Act. On submission of such applications, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
