HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.485 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.22 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to be tried along with O.P.No.608 of 2015.

2. At the time of hearing, both counsels in one voice submitted that O.S.No.22 of 2014 may be transferred to Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in the interest of both parties.

3. In view of the submissions made by both counsels, the transfer miscellaneous petition is allowed and O.S.No.22 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transferred to Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.
