THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.25186 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the fourth respondent in not registering the case on the basis of the complaint dated 19.11.2018 lodged with the second respondent, which has been forwarded to the fourth respondent on 10.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, a case in Crime No.561 of 2019 has been registered on 16.11.2019.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are necessary in the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
