2. Sri N. Srihari, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he does not dispute the order dated 07.12.2015 passed by the Rent Controller and order dated 11.04.2018 passed by the Appellate Court however seeks six (06) months time to vacate the suit premises which is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
4. Keeping in view the fact that the suit property is a tailor shop and the petitioner has to make arrangement to shift his profession in some other establishment. Therefore, I hereby grant four (04) months time to vacate the suit schedule property.
5. In view of above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
6. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall continue to pay the rents regularly, failing which, the respondent is at liberty to get vacate the property, if any default.
