Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2016 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order regarding the entitlement or not as the case may be by a detailed order in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014 and other relevant provisions, if any.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
