Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.V.Ramana, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents in providing appointment to him on compassionate grounds in the 1st respondent-Organization. 3.

The Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the petitioner has been selected for the post of Shramik on 26.10.2016, that he has also been found to be physically fit on 11.11.2016 for the said post and that he would be sent for training and thereafter a regular job would be provided to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication, and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
