OFFIC NOTE 01.09.2022 KS,J I.A.No.01 OF 2022 This Court by order dated 22.08.2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 subject to the following conditions:

"1.

The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad within a period of ten days from the date of order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail, on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) with two sureties for a like sum each to its satisfaction.

2.

On such release, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned police on 24th, 25th, 26th, 29t, 30th of this month (August) and 1st and 2nd of September, between 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. for the purpose of investigation.

3.

The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and shall co-operate with the investigating officer in investigating the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/Accused No.1 is unable to surrender before the SHO in view of his health condition. He further submits that there was a delay in securing the order copy for which reason the petitioner could not appear before the concerned police as ordered by this Court in Condition No.2.

OFFIC NOTE Having considered the facts and circumstances, the Para No.7(1) and 7(2) in Order dated 22.08.2022 is modified to the following effect.

"1.

The petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad on 05.09.2022. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release the petitioner/Accused No.1 on bail, on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) with two sureties for a like sum each to its satisfaction.

2.

On such release, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned police everyday for a period of one week between 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of investigation"

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to substitute para 7(1) and 7(2) of the order and issue corrected copy of the order. Accordingly, the earlier order dt.22.08.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.7207 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.

Accordingly, petition is ordered.
